Registered Yoga Teacher
Hello everyone! Hope your summer was great and filled with lots of sunshine, laughter and more. I had a good holiday and was able to take a break, rest of enjoy the season. It was so nice to be the practioner of Yoga, try differerent things (even archery) and get out into the fresh air.
But now it's time to get back, into Yoga, into classes, Thai Yoga, workshops and more.
For Fall, our Monday night classes start at the First Prebyterian Church at 5:30 p.m. Monday, September 9th, if you would like to join or drop in, let me know and I will make sure you feel welcome to our group. The class is a gentle Hatha based class that runs for 1 hour and runs for 10 weeks.
Restorative Yoga at Image is ongoing, so please feel free to drop in on a Saturday morning. The studio is located at 2255 Ness Avenue and drop in's are available. For more information, please contact 204-889-3009 or go to the website at www.imagefitnesscentre.com.

For me, training is continuing at the Yoga Centre where I will continue my Advanced Studies for the year. Looking forward to the education from the experienced teachers at Yoga Centre.
